What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Banking Intern position at Lake City Bank?
Pay: $16.00
Hours: Approximately 24-29 per week; preferred hours are Monday-Friday 12:00-5:00
Location: Warsaw, IN
Are you a focused and organized business student interested in learning about careers in the banking industry? Do you have a basic understanding of electronic banking applications and want to learn more? Are you interested in interning with a company committed to your community and dedicated to your professional development? As an Electronic Banking Intern, you will:
- Review and complete incoming requests for new client setups and Proof of Authorizations
- Review and manage communications for Automated Clearing House (ACH) Positive Pay
- Assist with the production of ATM and other bank cards
As an intern for Lake City Bank, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning key banking principles that set a foundation for success and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for you to thrive in your career.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- College enrollment required. Two plus years of college attendance with a focus within a Business-related program preferred
- Personal Computer competency with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required
- Precision of data entry and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of Electronic Banking applications and General Ledger accounting
