We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) Assistant Manager for our Body Shop who will support various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive sector.
*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare repair estimates and cost assessments for customers.
- Post invoices and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Order and manage the inventory of parts needed for repairs.
- Assist the manager with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and quality in repairs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a body shop or automotive repair shop.
- Strong skills in preparing estimates and handling billing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and parts ordering.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in automotive management software and basic computer tools.
