Lake Cook Music Studio is hiring music teachers who love to inspire and nurture the love of music in others.
We teach the language of music to our students in a comprehensive, fun and engaging manner and through a rich variety of programs and performance opportunities that develop the musician as well as the person.

Requirements:
- Must love teaching kids, making them laugh and laughing with them!
- Must love teaching adults and help provide a great lesson filled with laughter and fun!
- Enjoy being in a family-like environment and developing a strong sense of community with our families
- Experience with teaching children (average age range 5-11), teenagers and adults
- We are operational 37 week a year: Must be available during our School Year Session, late August to late May and our Summer Session, mid-June to mid-July
- Be punctual, reliable and prepared to teach
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in music or related field
- Minimum 1 year teaching in an educational setting or related experience
- Be able to successfully complete a background check
Schedule:
- Available a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Monday - Friday: 4:00-8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Compensation:
- $20-$30 per hour
- Based on experience and how long you have been with LCMS
