As a member of the Enterprise Technology Solutions Team, the Sr. ERP Analyst will add value to Lake County’s technology investments through the proper development and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning system. The Sr. ERP Analyst works with executive management, internal partners and users, and development teams to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met. This enthusiastic, self-motivated individual will be part of a team-oriented environment under moderate supervision.
- Collaborate with management and users to formulate or define system scope and objectives
- Design, code, test, and maintain complex ERP application programs
- Bridge the gap between technical needs and requirements of users by providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our system
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and serve as a primary technical contact for queries related to the product
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Experience with ERP system technology and deep understanding of ERP domains (Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Payroll, etc.)
- High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen
- Experience with writing SQL queries
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to work independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, analytics, or a related discipline
- Three to five years of demonstrated ERP analyst experience
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products including SharePoint

Physical Demands
Requires mainly office work, involving standing or walking some of the time, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis, and high dexterity in operating office equipment, including a keyboard, phone, copier, etc.
The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision and the ability to hear and speak to understand, respond to, and build relationships with a diverse clientele.
