What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN-LCMA-PRN-(Vary) position at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital?
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
Required LicensesLicensed Practical Nurse Current LPN Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current LPN Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Required SkillsCertifications:• Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
