What We Are Looking For
Lake Granbury Medical Center's Med/Surg Department is now hiring a Full-Time LVN to work in our thriving 73 bed acute care hospital. The 17 bed unit focuses on Cardiac, Renal, and Neuro patients which encompasses complex patients that are both chronic and acute, and often with comorbidities.
What You Will Do
Job Duties:
- Deliver care to patients utilizing nursing process
- Assessing and planning care of your patients
- Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates interventions
- Implements safety/infection control measures
- Continuously educates patient and families
- Maintains continuity of care with all departments
Minimum Requirements:
- Certified as a LPN in the State of Texas
- One year experience
- BCLS
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous Cardiac, Renal, Neuro, and/or telemetry experience
