Responsibilities
- Ability to build and lead daily schedules
- Give positive and constructive feedback to team members to invest in team growth
- Leads trainings based on individual and team needs
- Clear communication skills to communicate boundaries, protocol changes, and safety incidents to on-call members
- Maintains the safety of the milieu through risk management assessment
- Participates in treatment team meetings to build client interventions
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work (Or closely related discipline)
- Preferred: Two years' experience working with young adults (Or closely related experience)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver's License and 3 years driving experience with clean driving record.
- A desire to facilitate student growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
- Ability to pass a state background check.

$19.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience
