Primary Objective: Provide a quality customer experience in the most efficient manner, before, during, and after the sale, including guidance on sign usage, graphic design, and installation. Coordinate order details, including image quality, pricing, order options, and delivery options. Respond to customer requests after the sale to assure customer retention.
General Responsibilities & Duties:
- Demonstrate professional, respectful interaction with other team members
- Accurately and professionally represent Lakes Area Graphix to customers and vendors
- Quickly respond to prospective customer questions and information requests, by telephone, email, live chat, or in person
- Provide professional graphic design guidance for customers that take into account the image quality for the intended purpose and provide professional image proofs
- Identify order options and alternative products for customers
- Gather and document customer order details, including payment details, customer information, delivery requirements, etc.
- Provide after sale support to customers including information on product and customer
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures
- Other duties as assigned, including helping with production activities periodically
Education/Experience: Preferred minimum of a 2 year degree in graphic design and 2 years of experience working directly in customer service.

Qualifications:
- Ability to provide positive customer experience for customers
- Ability to efficiently create intriguing graphic designs that meet customer expectations
- Accurate documentation of order details and timely follow-through with customers
- Working knowledge of office information systems, including Microsoft Office, email, customer management systems, order tracking systems, and accounting systems
- Working knowledge of graphical design software, including Adobe systems, Photo Shop, etc.
- Knowledge of the sign industry, including materials, pricing, usage, and installation
- Ability to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures
- Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
- Understand and value working as a team to accomplish goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
