What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Lakes Regional Community Center?
Responsible for coordinating all incoming communications including operation of the multi-line telecommunications system, greeting/directing all consumers and visitors to appropriate personnel in an outpatient psychiatric clinic and taking client's vitals. Will schedule client appointments, assist with financial intakes, attain authorization for services, print/distribute routine service reports, and general clerical support services such as filing, faxing and copying. Requires handling of confidential records. Incumbent must be highly organized with multi-tasking skills, and capable of managing requests from multiple staff in a high traffic/high noise setting. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
