  • Comfort with Financial Data: Comfortably handling financial data is crucial. This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as other finance-related tasks.
  • Clear Financial Reporting: The candidate should have the ability to produce clear and concise financial reports.

In summary, the ideal candidate will excel in financial data management, demonstrate organizational skills, and be adept at creating transparent financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, preparing reports for accountant, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable

Qualifications

  • preferred but not required,Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, quickbooks certified certificate
  • 1 years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
