What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Coordinator position at Lakewood Home?
Looking to hire assisted living coordinator for small residential assisted living home of only 15 residents and approximately 15 employees. Coordinator would be in charge of learning the routine of each shift and supervising the duties of the shifts and following up that all is being carried through as directed by the owner. The coordinator would work along side the other staff and assist in daily duties when needed. The coordinator would speak directly with families and healthcare persons to assure all needs are being met and coordinate any extra services the resident might need. The coordiantor would oversee the schedule and would fill in when needed. This is not generally an issue with our place as we have dependable staff however there are occasional needs that arise due to illness or unusual circumstances. In the past this position has been held by a nurse or retired nurse looking to pick up a few days a week but does not need to be a nurse.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
