Description
Position provides administrative support for the VP of Human Resources and Administration, as well as other department staff. Assists in the coordination of all operations of the department, including preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, documentation, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
High school diploma. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive company information.
