Supply Chain Specialist

Under the supervision of Manager- Item Master, Vendor Electronic Commerce, and Catalog Operations, the specialist will be responsible for the following:
Job Responsibilities:
- Item Master Administration
- Scrubbing all data with vendor feeds
- Identify and purge duplicate skus
- Monitor minimum retail prices with buying team
- Maintain user rights for Item Master Maintenance
- Tag Printing and Images
- Print tags for stores and DC
- Upload images from image team to tag system
- Vendor Catalog
- Work directly with vendors to support the uploading of their catalog through Syndigo
- Manage the flow for product data for new and existing skus
- Assist in testing new requirements
- Help the team to come up with test cases/conditions and documenting the results
- Analyze test results
- Integration testing / User acceptance testing
- Assist in the training process
- Write and maintain SOPs
- Work with DC managers on training them with the new business process
- Train buyers on new application programs
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Four year college degree and/or relevant work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grown into the job as other duties are assigned
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
