Responsibilites :
Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
Operating high volume document imaging systems.
Operating document image handling software
Operating MS Office and Email systems for opening, sending and retrieving files
Opening, saving and transferring PC files based on established protocols
Accessing document management systems via established protocols
The manager is seeking a Hospitality customer facing, assisting guests with business needs along with shipping and receiving.
Lifting is a must, up to 50 lbs and possible long-term standing and walking. Lift up to 50#.
Must have a customer service background. possible driving, up to 5 miles.
The manager also needs someone who has open availability to include possible help at weekends as the workload necessitates.
This is mandatory.
Parking is free or reimbursed.
