Job Type (Contract/Permanent): Contract
Duration of the contract: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36 - 48
Shift Timing: Nights. 3-12 hr. shifts. Or 4-12 hr. shifts. 645p-715a
Job Description
- Weekend/Holiday: Every 3rd weekend. Every other Holiday
- Float requirements: Standard float: Very uncommon but may float to MS.
- May also need to float to other Aspirus locations in the event of a crisis. Would have advance notice and paid mileage.
- Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA or client BLS, ACLS, required. NIH preferred.
- Required Education: ADN or BSN
- Minimum Experience: 2 years
- Charting Experience: EPIC preferred
- Required Skillset: previous ICU experience
- Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 8 bed ICU. 1:2 patient ratio - on occasion 1:3 (would be conscious of patient acuity if 1:3, also try to stick to 1:2). Adult population (no peds).
- Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.
