Job Purpose :
This position will be responsible for helping with implementing our overall recruiting strategy by working with managers, candidates, and the rest of the HR team to actively recruit ad fill multi-level positions across the various sites of the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will promote the employer brand and core values to candidates. This position will be instrumental in assisting managers with current and future hiring needs by creating and advertising job postings to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Essential Functions :
- Help with the development and maintenance of the full cycle recruitment plan for the organization. Identify and utilize the best sourcing channels to locate, engage, and attract diverse candidates for positions within the different job families.
- Act as point of contact for recruiting site management (i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn). Will work with marketing team for advertisements on billboards and career landing page.
- Benchmark and maintain phone screen interview questionnaires against current job descriptions for the position.
- Organize and maintain job requisition folders.
- Source candidates by utilizing various methods (career fairs, networking, referrals, online searches, internet job postings, local trade schools).
- Monitors updates to job descriptions to maintain job postings and advertisements in UKG and various recruitment platforms.
- Deliver a consistent and positive experience to all candidates that reflect company core values.
- Track, monitor, and analyze recruiting metrics. Provide a weekly review of recruiting successes and pain points. Will utilize recruiting module within UKG to fullest extent to automate data to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Other projects and assignments as required to assist the local HR team.

Experience / Training / Education :
Required : Highschool diploma or equivalent with 5 years of technical recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in manufacturing and for field / remote positions.
Desired : Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3 years of technical recruiting experience. Experience recruiting in manufacturing and for field / remote positions
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Extremely detail oriented, organized, and effectively utilizes time management skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Above average interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work cross functionally and adapt to different social settings.
Active listening skills.
Physical and Environmental Elements :
This is primarily an office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
May work offsite in various environments; travel may be required.
