Job Description: 

Responsible for the managing of the company Quality Control Function. This includes the daily managing and supervision of the Incoming, Component Condition Report (CCR), Final Inspection, and NDT Activities. Additional Tasks include Quality Training, Work Package Documentation Review, and preparation of Customer Release to Service Records Packages.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Incoming, In-Process, Final Inspection Processes.
• Ensure all incoming, hidden damage, preliminary, in process and final inspections are performed in accordance with the procedures.
•  Coordinate LGT NDT Requirements with Contract NDT Inspector(s).
• Review Shop Documentation and prepare Customer Release to Service Record Packages.
• Perform Training for Quality Inspectors.
• Assist in coordinating Registrar and Internal Audits.
• Ensure that the processes implemented for the Quality Control Systems are being maintained.
• Assist in managing the LGT Corrective Action Processes.
• Manage the LGT Scrap Material Program.
• Manage the Incoming, CCR, and Final Inspection Personnel.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Quality Control function in FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience: minimum 5 years
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Must be detail oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
