Parts Specialist

Job Description

• Answering Telephones,and Greeting customers promptly
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Document customer concerns accurately
• Preparing estimate of cost for parts
• Explaining all charges to customers, and answering any questions

• Updating and communicating with customers frequently throughout the day

Job Requirements

• Past experience as a Parts Counterperson is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Personal and professional integrity
• ADP computer experience a plus, but not a must
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Must be punctual, flexible & reliable
• Above average Positive Attitude
• Automotive knowledge and some knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to effectively communicate well with customers and peers.

* Base salary plus commission
