Job Description
- Answering Telephones,and Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Document customer concerns accurately
- Preparing estimate of cost for parts
- Explaining all charges to customers, and answering any questions
- Updating and communicating with customers frequently throughout the day
Job Requirements
- Past experience as a Parts Counterperson is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Personal and professional integrity
- ADP computer experience a plus, but not a must
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Must be punctual, flexible & reliable
- Above average Positive Attitude
- Automotive knowledge and some knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills and have the ability to effectively communicate well with customers and peers.
