Position: Dental Associate Location: Grand Junction, CO Type: Full Time Wage: $120,000-$200,000/year
Job Responsibilities:
Fruita Canyon Dental uses state of the art technology and provides a wide range of dental services for all ages. We are currently looking for a Dental Associate to join our team with the possibility of future buy in. We are looking for someone who can provide high-quality dentistry with an emphasis on clinical excellence; developing strong relationships with physicians, dentists and other health care providers in a friendly environment.
Job Requirements:
Must have a DDS or DMD
At least one year experience preferred
Must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, dental assistants, etc.
Looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care while maintaining our commitment to excellence
Provide dental care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide comprehensive oral health services including: examinations, treatment planning, patient education, referrals, and follow-up visits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Fixing or removing damaged teeth
Filling cavities
Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health
Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues
Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health
Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care
Measuring and fitting dental appliances
Referring patients to a specialist if needed
Ability to operate dental machinery
Ability to pick up on proprietary software quickly
Experience with Microsoft Office
