The role…
You are responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time, and on budget. You will be accountable for flawless project management, strategy, and research. You will seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits. You are the central point of communication on one or more brands, and are accountable for the accurate and timely flow of information between the client and the internal team. You ensure that all milestones are met and partner with the client directors on all key relationships. You will participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic deliverables.
In this role, you will be supporting Corporate or Consumer clients and also be working directly with the Executive Client Director on current projects.
Required experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (or similar)
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in branding consultancy working through complex B2B and corporate branding projects
- Team and client leadership experience
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions, studios, and personalities
Capabilities (Success Factors)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills – ability to “do”
- Meets challenges head-on and deals proactively with them to find a solution
- High standards for work and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritise
- Solid skills in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
- Optimistic and capable of encouraging the same from others. A real team player!
