Responsibilities - Marketing

· Create flyers, e-mails, and social media posts – tell its unique story.

· Enter new and revised listings into company and third-party websites.

· Create closed and specialty announcements, then shout it from the rooftops!

· Ensure property signage shines and is readily available.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities.

· Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis.

· Craft maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes.

· Structure tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventure.

· Build thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information.

· Offer consultancy on listing tenant enhancement opportunities.

· Accurately account for digital deal files.

· Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies.

Responsibilities – lead generation

· Evaluate progressive “lead gen” best practices.

· Research market share growth opportunities.

· Craft and implement lead nurturing campaigns.

· Build rapport with allied organizations.

· Track and convey all incoming leads.

· Support ongoing SEO and “first impression” efforts.

Skills & Experience

· Three years of marketing experience.

· One – three years of Commercial Real Estate experience.

· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

· Prompt attendance with reliable transportation.

· Strong communicative, interpersonal skills.

· Organized multi-tasking abilities.
