Can Earn up to a $3K Quarterly Bonus - Based on Performance Critera
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers regarding marketing issues.
- Operates in compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state and federal laws or regulations.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintains professional relationships with customers to ensure their return to the casino.
- Caters to specific needs of “VIP” players.
- Assists players with food and drinks.
- Communicates via phone or letters to stay in contact with players.
- Assists with special marketing and promotion events.
- Assists in the Miner’s Club when necessary.
- Assists on the floor with change, jackpots or fills.
- Signs up new players.
- Periodically surveys and monitors surrounding competition concerning club points, promotions and progress.
- Performs assigned marketing duties within deadlines.
- Provides assistance to supervisors and managers in direct support of the marketing department.
- Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, State and Federal regulations and all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
