Landscape Workshop is urgently hiring managers for their landscape maintenance crews in the Montgomery area! The Field Manager position is great for someone with experience in the landscaping industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.
As the leader of a work crew, the field manager is responsible for producing quality landscape service for our clients. This person will perform landscaping maintenance with the crew and must also be able to effectively communicate and with clients and their team. The daily responsibilities of this job include:
- Managing & transporting a crew of landscape laborers along a daily route of clients
- Perform landscaping maintenance on properties
- Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members
- Communicate with the client about property needs
- Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license & clean driving record
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 lbs and leverage up to 80 pounds of walk-behind mowers

Pay range is dependent upon skills & experience. Typical work hours are 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day.
