Job Posting for Spanish, Hindi, and English Instructors at Languages and Math Learning Center

Job Responsibilities:

  • Choose appropriate educational materials and develop high quality class curriculum
  • Provide individually tailored one-on-one tutoring for students of various levels and ages
  • Teach PreK -12th grade students in small group settings (up to 6 students)
  • Maintain safe and positive classroom environment
  • Communicate with the supervisor and parents

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the subject you teach
  • Familiarity with different educational methodics and techniques and ability to adapt them to the students' needs
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring
  • Positive attitude, love for kids and passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

A Bachelor Degree in Education or a Teaching credential is preferred.
College upper classmen are welcome as well.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Currently, some classes are online and some are in-person.

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Teachers are required to be fully vaccinated or provide weekly COVID test results. Masks for in-person classes are required. We ask them to use sanitizers and we keep the rooms clean.
