Responsibilities
As a member of our outsourced accounting team, you will be involved in supporting our clients with a full range of in-house accounting and bookkeeping functions, connecting with contacts on a regular basis. As part of this role, you may be responsible for several engagements at any given time, assisting clients on items such as:
- Recording transactions within established systems and procedures
- Processing payroll
- Preparing monthly financial statements
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Providing on-site training sessions and assistance

Education Requirements
Associates degree in accounting or relevant experience
Job Experience
At least one year of experience preferred
Qualifications
Highly motivated with the desire to grow and develop
Interest in building collaborative relationships, striving to find the best possible solutions
Knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (Sage, Bill.com knowledge a plus)
Detail-oriented
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
