Job Highlights
- Provide administrative support to the HR leadership team US and:
- Manage the HR Americas/ US Team calendar and contact list, Initiate LANXESS Corporation Holiday Schedule, Sharepoint Administrator, E-Verify Administrator, Order Supplies, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for LXS or HR internal communications
- Maintain structure in Sharepoint/ One Drive/ MS Teams as a central location for HR to find information
- Responsible and central point of contact for HR for e.g. PO's and document management system:
- understanding system & process
- process PO/invoices for GF HR like for the background and medical check for new hires, HR initiated seminars & trainings, consultants, etc.
- maintain & keep (HR) document management up to date
- Manage and ensure updated HR content on Intranet/Website in collaboration with HR colleagues to ensure uniform HR support and customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or organizational development, or in a related discipline
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- IT affinity and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related business and communication tools
- Strong organizational & interpersonal skills, team oriented & solution driven
- Three or more years of experience
