Job Highlights

Assist internal colleagues with the administration of client-related activities, including: order processing, customer requests, distribution, and accounting as requested, ensuring adherence to internal protocol and deadlines
- Provide sales forecast for assigned customers. Assist Sales Managers with forecasting as needed.
- Coordinate sales offers and maintain special negotiated pricing in SAP.
- Provide mediation for customer complaints, billing issues, or resolving overdues effecting conflict and problem resolution in an efficient, professional manner.
- Collects, analyzes and reports as necessary competitor and market information and statistics, including product modifications and innovations, personnel changes, external relationships and affiliations, financial terms and protocol, and market structure and conduct changes.
- Evaluate new market opportunities in North America in close cooperation with the business lines to achieve short, mid and long term business objectives.
- Work with internal colleagues and customers to troubleshoot problems with logistics. This includes incoming re-sales materials to the region and shipments to customers.
- Assist in achieving departmental goals for DIO, On Time Delivery, and Budget.
- Follow all ISO and HESQ compliances.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years professional experience in a service delivery and/or customer focused function.
- Superior mathematical and computer literacy skills; SAP and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts across all organizational levels in an efficient, professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to promote team building and integrity, while supporting Group and Company objectives.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to function independently in a team environment and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply the appropriate level of priority to responsibilities, assignments and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, flexibility and adaptability.
