What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rentals Equipment Manager position at Larch Industry?
Objective: This position is responsible for managing daily operations and technicians within the Rentals Department
Essential Functions:
· Manage the day to day production and efficiency of all field technicians
· Create and manage work schedule of field technicians to ensure all projects are staffed
· Assist in training staff members and new hires within rentals department
· Create daily tickets for billing
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with all rental customers
· Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times
· Conduct disciplinary action (in accordance with company guidelines) of field technicians
· Manage and maintain accurate time cards for all field technicians
· Assist with the installation of equipment and systems onto client worksites
· Disassemble, haul and re-install existing equipment and systems onto client worksites
· Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
· Troubleshoot mechanical problems and bring forth solutions to repair
· Collaborate efficiently and be respectful and professional at all times
· Abide by all company processes and procedures
· Participate in and complete all required safety and job trainings
· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
· Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
· Ability to pass pre employment physical evaluation and lift test up to 80lbs
· Ability to lift up to 80lbs unassisted
* Must have a flexible schedule - on call required
Qualifications:
· Management experience
· Experience in repairing plumbing leaks and ability to troubleshoot pump repairs
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair heat trace
· Experience in oil and gas drilling industry
· Valid driver license and ability to prove good driving record
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
