Job Type: Full-time - Provider Relations Representative
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (On-site in our Tampa Office – 33634)
Job Summary:
The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Coordinator are to proactively be involved in the long-term improvement of the customer service we provide our clients.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- QA Reporting
- Call Calibration / Call Monitoring
- Retrospective QA Reviews including File Audits
- Internal Coaching (verbal and written)
- Maintain quality documentation
- Follow up with Department Management on QA Issues
- Analyze and Report on QA Data and Trends
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Internal Quality
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience with Call Center Operations and Quality Assurance Monitoring
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook)
- Well organized, able to multi-task, and attentive to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate professionally with business associates inside and outside of the Company
