Lark Brewing Co. is a new farm brewery located in Northern Virginia. Our brewery boasts an expansive indoor taproom, two scenic outdoor pavilions, private event spaces, and an exclusive club membership experience. We are dedicated to providing exceptional craft beer and food and memorable experiences for our patrons.

Lark Brewing Co. is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Expeditor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have high volume kitchen experience. Your responsibilities will extend to various aspects of food preparation and delivery process, including the meticulous garnishing of cooked items.

· Ensuring food orders are prepared and served promptly

· Ensure food runners are picking up food in a timely manner

· Overseeing garnishing of plates, only sending out picture perfect items

· Adheres to Lark Brewing Co.’s safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.

· Requires constant standing and walking.

· This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

· Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.

· Maintaining and clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with company and VA Department of Health standards

· At least 1 year of expediting experience

· 1 year of experience in a high volume kitchen and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism during high stress business hours

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and desire to lead an outstanding team of dedicated team members

· Experience using a multitude of kitchen equipment

· Must be able lift up to 50 pounds

· Must have night and weekend availability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
