Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a compliance attorney to join the Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates should have experience advising employers on everyday employment matters, creating and reviewing employee handbooks, dealing with ADA and FMLA issues, developing and evaluating employment policies and procedures, drafting separation agreements, advising on wage and hour requirements, and conducting management training sessions for clients.
Candidates will also will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical abilities, the capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment, a commitment to team collaboration, and a strong dedication to both personal growth and client service. Experience in human resources, education, labor, or government contracting is highly valued. We appreciate self-starters who can work autonomously and collaboratively.
