Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Employment Law, School/Public Administration or related field
2. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Employment Law, School/Public Administration, or Education Administration (preferred)
3. Outstanding verbal, written communication and organizational skills
4. Experience in interpreting Federal and State employment law
5. Experience in staff development and the supervision and evaluation of employees
6. Three years of experience in administration
7. Valid driver's license
8. Experience in recruiting personnel and labor relations (preferred)
9. Possess or be eligible for valid New Mexico Administrative or School Business Official License (preferred)
10. Bilingual (preferred)
