Overview:
The Business Management Executive's primary role is to drive sales revenue and growth by developing new client relationships as well as maintaining current customer business. The Business Management Executive will be the principal point of contact between Laser Center and the client with assistance from the internal team. The Business Management Executive will work collaboratively with the internal team/owner and customers to ensure timely and effective solutions that meet their needs.
Duties:
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and sell products and services.
- Develop a strong marketing plan and execute it.
- Act as the trusted advisor for all current clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Must be able to plan and organize daily work schedules, customer meetings and travel when needed.
- Need to coordinate and oversee the customer information and all sales activities in the company system to ensure that account information is current and up to date.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the existing employees and hire new ones if needed.
- Proactively confront obstacles and take appropriate action to prevent or minimize their impact.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution, and communicating necessary recommendations to management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent in Russian Language
- Must have 5 years of management experience in the BEAUTY industry.
- Ability to proactively generate new client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills must be able to clearly articulate concepts and strategies.
- Capacity to utilize critical thinking skills to quickly interpret customer needs and effectively communicate appropriate solutions.
