We are seeking an experienced Facilities Team Lead to provide support to a variety of accounts we service. This is a hands-on role, and not for an individual looking to do the minimum. Tremendous Growth and career opportunities for the correct individual!
Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Team Lead you will be required to perform the following tasks at the highest level:
- Provide support by coordinating vendors to complete assigned work orders within the client’s pricing and SLA parameters.
- Work within our CMMS to enter, manage, and complete work orders.
- Ensure client has received timely updates every step of the way. Frequent verbal and written communication is critical.
- Meet the company’s and clients defined KPIs monthly.
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly client calls.
- Participate in CBR’s (Client Business Reviews) 2 – 4 times per year, per client.
- Coach and develop assigned Account Manager’s and Account Coordinator’s.
- Take total ownership of assigned work orders. Including but not limited to receiving the work order, dispatching, proposal writing, communication, closeout, follow-up, etc. – everything except the billing of the work order.
- Ensure total client satisfaction and develop positive client relationships.
- Participate in Manager on Duty On Call Rotation.
- Handle pricing negotiations with dispatched vendors.
- As needed, assist with vendor recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Previous national 3rd party facility management experience is required.
- Must be able to work 9 am – 6 pm Eastern time.
- Previous management team experience is required.
- Must be able to work well in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PDF’s, etc.
- Ability to listen carefully and actively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel (limited)
- Today is a remote job, and we expect every remote team member to have a dedicated working space within their home.
- In the future, must be willing to be in an office, in Wichita, KS, a minimum of 3 days per week.
