LaserAll Clinic – Sales Specialist/Laser Technician

The Sales Specialist position is vital to driving sales results by promoting and selling LaserAll services. We are seeking a qualified sales specialist to help us sell services to perspective clients in addition to performing laser treatments. The ideal candidate must be confident, highly accountable, and comfortable working independently.

Location: Colorado Springs

Status: Full-time /Part-Time This role will require flexibility with scheduled days and Saturdays will be required.

Laser Technician Responsibilities Include:

· Evaluate client suitability for laser, aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services.

· Perform aesthetic procedures and treatments including but not limited to Laser Hair Removal and Laser Tattoo Removal.

· Ensure effective client care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards and training.

· Provide clear and consistent documentation of all data related to client care.

· Offer friendly, prompt, and courteous service.

· Ensure the safety and comfort of clients.

· Provide pre/post treatment instructions to clients.

· Meet or exceed productivity goals while serving the client at the highest level

· Must keep work area clean at all times including cleaning sheets

· This position reports to the Medical Director and will act as a liaison with the Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to established client care standards and laser treatment protocols.

Sales Specialist Responsibilities Include:

· Meet or exceed revenue targets

· Actively manage sales pipeline to increase revenue

·Close sales by building rapport with potential clients; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare financing contracts with lenders

· Recommend new services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process and patient goals

· Apply learnings and experiences to streamline sales processes

Job Requirements:

· Previous sales experience required with proven track record of achieving sales goals and maintaining an active sales pipeline

·Laser Certification for hair and tattoo removal is preferred but willing to certify the perfect candidate!

· Customer Service skills and interpersonal skills is a must. Candidate must be upbeat and outgoing

· Must be efficient, meticulous and have great attention to detail

· Be able to stand for up to 10 hours a day

· Be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Compensations:

· $20 per hour based on experience

· Generous compensation structure with uncapped commission

· Training and certification provided for the right candidate
