What you'll be doing:
- Manage and execute strategy and campaigns for 15-20 customers, including Fortune 500 and Mid-Market Brands
- Maintain 80% billability on client work, including execution and strategic build of Influencer campaigns and content calendars
- Design influencer strategies for the brand, provide guidance, execute, and report on influencer campaigns, optimizing campaigns for performance by analyzing the health of the influencer-facing experience on a regular basis
- Manage contractual deliverables with high caliber service delivery, maintaining customer budgets
- Communicate regularly with brands and influencers, providing the necessary services to successfully meet the customer’s KPIs, including updates on performance and delivery data-driven insights
- Lead regular customer calls to provide updates on performance and delivering data-driven insights
- Apply deep understanding of Mavrck’s platform and influencer marketing best practices to provide strategic recommendations in order to drive and improve customer success
- Act as the voice of the customer and the voice of the influencer for internal product feedback
- Contribute to evolving best practices and documentation and proactively communicate to customers, hit internal OKR quarterly goals
- Delegate tasks to colleagues & junior team members focusing on the collective team results focusing on the best results for the customer, regularly provide feedback on deliverables received
- Mentor junior team members through exemplifying best practices & proactively talking through learning opportunities in regards to client results
- Complete trainings and participate in learning opportunities for your own professional development (when time is available outside of assigned tasks)
- Meet expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation, agency background a plus

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - 100,000 USD plus bonus potential
