What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Partner position at Lateral Link?
My colleague, Lauren Smith, and I are assisting an AmLaw 100 firm in its search for a Complex Commercial Litigation Partner for its Miami office. The firm welcomes laterals who are entrepreneurial and want to be a part of a small but growing office. This partner will need a reasonable book of business, however it is not necessary to be self-sustaining as the firm has work to fill his or her plate. Litigation at the firm has routinely received numerous awards. Benchmark Litigation recognizes the firm nationally and regionally. The firm has 18 litigators named “Litigator Stars” and five “Future Stars” for 2024.
