Business Development Senior Analyst – League Tables

About the role
As a BD Senior Analyst – League Tables, you will be responsible for managing the submission program for practice group awards and league table rankings for Chambers, Legal 500, and other high-profile publications. Other key responsibilities include:

• Managing and leading firm-wide submissions to league table surveys, including but not limited to, using accounting information to verify data set, maintaining relationships with survey staff, auditing final submissions vis-à-vis reported deals, and helping to create related marketing materials highlighting recent survey milestones
• Becoming an expert and trusted mentor to our practice teams
• Responding to questions from the league table publications
• Pulling and formatting lists for league table outreach emails
• Fostering communication within MarTech, the various teams within BD, and those external to BD, to create a seamless submission process

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Demonstrate a well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
• Display organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• Possess the ability to work well and actively contribute in a team-based environment with a customer service focus

And have:

• A Bachelor’s degree, JD a plus
• A minimum of (3) years relevant experience preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
• Experience with marketing databases, market/company research, and project management; relevant experience working with legal markets in the US and Europe
