About the Role

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's enterprise software application platforms which allow attorneys and staff to perform their job functions from the office and remote locations. Examples of these applications include, but are not limited to, the firm’s document management system (iManage), the MS Office Suite and the firm’s Client Relationship systems (Interaction & Foundation). This role will be located in either our Manchester office or our Global Services Office, situated in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the design, implementation, and support of software solutions for all facets of attorney’s work such as document generation, business development and intake, client billing, etc.
• Proposing additional enhancements and new software solutions for our legal professionals and administrative departments
• Troubleshooting software problems for firm users as they relate to firm-wide, departmentally driven technology projects
• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software for all users within the firm; making recommendations to their manager regarding setting of standards for firm software
• Assisting with the creation of training materials and delivering training to regional trainers, the Global Technology Support Centre, and to end-users regarding specialized applications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in the administration and deployment for a wide variety of software programs, including Microsoft Windows Enterprise, Microsoft Windows Server, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Display knowledge and proficiency with administration and maintenance of relational databases used by supported applications
• Pride yourself on your customer service skills, possess a patient manner and enjoy liaising with a range of seniorities

And have:

• Relevant experience providing upper-level support, training, or mentoring for other technology department personnel
• Experience with enterprise class software installations and upgrades, training and technical documentation
• Experience offering support within a legal or wider professional services environment
