THIS IS OUTSIDE SALES - The Market is Hot and we are in need of sales professionals with a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will work with Mobile Home Sellers and Buyers on Leased Land. No Real Estate License is required so if you have a license and do not work for a Broker that carries a Mobile Home License there is no competition with this position. Sales Agent Responsibilities: 1. Obtain new Mobile Home listings 2. Maintain professional relationship with our clients throughout the purchase or selling process 3. MUST have GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS including Social Media 4. Must have good negotiation skills 5. Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers 6. Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources 7.
