Latitude Corp. is an employee-owned precision metal manufacture located in Verona, Wisconsin. Latitude Corp. is looking for a qualified candidate to work in their Grinding Department. This is a full-time hourly position, with the potential for overtime.

SIGN ON BONUS: $100

Shift: 1st ,2nd, or 3rd

What are the Main Job Responsibilities?

• Grind and finish parts in conformance with specifications
• Operating Hand Tools, Stroke Sanders, Kuhlmeyer, and Bead Blasting equipment
• Inspecting finished parts for quality

What are the Minimum Qualifications?

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must have some basic math and reading skills
• Must be able to visually inspect parts
• Must be able to lift 60lbs and stand and bend over for long periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation

What are the Preferred Qualifications?

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar function
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task and trouble shoot
