What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Supervisor position at Latitude, Inc.?
This position is fully on-site in Mt. Morris, PA. The salary is $55-85k/yr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly general ledger processes
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Assist in general monthly billing statements
- Research customer discrepancies and effectively troubleshoot/resolve
- Prepare financial reports, analysis reports and other financial statements
- Set up new accounts
- Allocate expenditures to correct amounts
- Proof accounting reports for clerical accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5 years professional accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
You will have 2 options on shifts
8am-5pm Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break
OR
8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with a half-hour lunch break
Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
