Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive assessments in the areas of industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental practices.
• Deliver training sessions and provide guidance to junior and mid-level industrial hygienists, serving as a mentor.
• Conduct assessments related to Indoor Air Quality, Water Quality, and Noise and Chemical exposure.
• Develop protocols, cost projections, and tentative schedules for surveying sites.
• Carry out quality assurance tasks pertaining to environmental health and industrial hygiene investigations, studies and evaluations.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the company.
This position will involve both on-site and remote work for performing industrial hygiene activities. This will necessitate travel to the client site to conduct on-site assessments, while data entry and report writing tasks will be completed from a home-based work environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Possess a B.S. or M.S. degree in Industrial Hygiene, safety, or related discipline.
• Hold an active Certified Industrial Hygienist Certificate.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and acquire a federal identification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Occasional travel within the U.S. may be required.
• Minimum of five or more years of relevant technical industrial hygiene experience.
Desired Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in the Federal government is preferred.
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities based on workload demands
