Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the overall accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to provide accurate and timely information to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts, providing recommendations for cost-effective strategies and improvements in financial performance.
