Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually Benefits
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics, such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and safety protocols.
Handle employee relations issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a fair and respectful workplace culture.
Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and ensure workforce planning meets business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized business environment.
Background in the EV industry, Electrical, HVAC, or Engineering firms is required.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
Proven track record of managing recruitment processes and sourcing top talent.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
