\n- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain regular communication with homebuyers, internal teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless loan process.
- Manage Multiple Loan Files: Organize, monitor, and maintain multiple active loan files simultaneously.
- Collect and Process Information: Ensure timely collection and documentation of customer information to facilitate compliant and timely loan processing.
- File Setup and Documentation: Set up loan files both manually and digitally, ordering necessary exhibits (e.g., VOEs, VODs, credit reports, etc.).
- Ensure Accuracy: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each loan file before submitting it to the closing department.
- Follow-Up: Track the status of submitted or pending loans, ensuring they progress efficiently through the pipeline.
- Coordinate Closing: Assist with preparing and organizing closing documents and related tasks.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on loan programs, guidelines, and broker options approved by the company.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience Preferred: Will take 1-2 years in any career for the right person. (A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing is preferred.)
- Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting policies, and compliance is a plus.
- Minimal Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
