In-House Contracts Attorney

Are you an Atlanta area attorney looking for a flexible in-house engagement role? We have an opportunity with a metro-Atlanta area company which is looking for a contracts attorney for a long term engagement.

Requirements for the In-House Contracts Attorney:

• Experience drafting and reviewing Purchase Orders, Generation Services Agreements, Construction Contracts and Software Licenses
• Previous work in-house or in a firm supporting corporate work
• Strong writing skills
• Graduated from an accredited law school
• Excellent references

Position Details for the In-House Contracts Attorney:

• Type of role: four-month engagement
• Schedule: full-time
• Location: Hybrid schedule - must be willing to come into the office in metro-Atlanta area a few days a week
• Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience; full benefits included
