- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with front desk and phone systems.
- Strong typing skills and experience with data entry.
