We’re searching for an innovative marketing professional to join our mission

By joining Launch Point Labs, your work will directly contribute to our mission of supporting and growing nonprofits and small businesses across America. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for impactful marketing. You will be instrumental in implementing innovative marketing strategies, managing dynamic social media campaigns, and orchestrating memorable community events. Your efforts will help power Launch Point Labs while also driving success and scalability for the organizations we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the mission of Launch Point Labs and our partners.
• Manage and grow our digital presence, creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics across various platforms.
• Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for reach and impact.

Event Planning and Promotion:

• Lead the organization and promotion of community events, managing every aspect from conception to execution.
• Communicate with vendors for event logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of supplies, catering, and services.
• Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and handle invoices.
• Measure event success through attendance, feedback, and detailed post-event analysis.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge in event planning and community engagement.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to excel in a hybrid work environment.
