Job Posting for Compliance Associate at Launch Potato
YOUR ROLE
You will have the opportunity to directly support the growth of Launch Potato's FinanceBuzz business by ensuring our content meets all compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, an excellent written communicator, and thrives on identifying and resolving issues.
In this role, you'll make updates and conduct content audits on the FinanceBuzz website to make sure the site is fully compliant and following guidelines provided by our credit card, investing, and banking partners. You'll work closely with our Account Management, Content, Product, and Paid Acquisition teams to do this work. When any issues arise, you will work to resolve them efficiently and urgently.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Update and format information related to financial products (ex. APRs, bonus offers, etc.)
- Review content and ads to ensure they meet regulatory and partner requirements
- Conduct compliance audits to verify information on our site matches the information on our partners' websites
- Develop and maintain internal documentation and training materials
- Resolve issues that come up, urgently when necessary
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 1-2 years in a compliance role, preferably in the personal finance industry vertical
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fierce attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks for yourself
- Ability to collaboratively work with others toward shared goals
